I just want to underline the importance of helping the group to pray.

I guess that the biggest danger for a group leader is that they set a bad example by praying long prayers: we do this because we’re nervous.

My guess is that you know from experience how some group prayer times simply don’t work. I hope that what I’ve written in this section is a help. I have seen some small groups grow dramatically in their ability to pray together, and I wish that for your group too.
